2022 Bay Roan Mare measuring 14.1 hands. She is fully enrolled with the AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge program.

 

Sired by ~ Bitty Little Boon ~ a money earning son of Peptoboonsmal with over $10,000 LTE in the NRCHA.  He has his performance ROM, qualified for the AQHA World Show in Junior Cutting and Reining in 2016, Senior Cutting in 2018 and the Versatility World Show in 2020,2022,2023.

 

Christy is the total package, with the flashy looks, sweet personality, and athletic ability to make a serious breakaway or heel horse prospect. We have owned Christy since she was a weanling, and started her slow with lots of outside miles around the ranch. She is confident riding out alone, and does not get buddy or barn sour. In the arena she is soft, has a good motor, and a huge stop. Her gaits are effortless and smooth.  

 

Christy was started on the roping dummy just a few months ago and is already showing a natural aptitude for rating. She can be apprehensive about the box but is improving every time she steps in.  She will need a experienced roper to continue her training and help her gain confidence. 

 

On the ground Christy is respectful and quiet. She currently lives out with a group of mares and is middle of the pecking order. She is sound with no maintenance and an easy keeper. 6 panel results pending.
